Terms and Conditions
Group Bookings
- Our accommodation sleeps up to 20 guests maximum (7 Cabins) in single-bed cabin-style accommodation.
- No extra guests to stay overnight. Please discuss with admin if you require an extra bed.
- On arrival you will be shown all amenities; usage of facilities and conditions of hirage.
Booking & Payment
- Book Now to submit your booking request.
- Account provided for payment transfer once booking is confirmed.
- Full payment is required at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation & Refunds
- No refunds given for cancellations made within 3 days prior to arrival, for early departure or no-shows.
Check-in & Check-out Times
- Check-in & Check-out is based on Ōmokoroa barge timetable.
Cleaning & Rubbish
- Rubbish; recycling and food bins are provided for disposal of rubbish.
- Guests are required to take any unburnable rubbish (e.g. baby nappies).
Personal Property
- It is your responsibility to take care of your own personal property. No liability will be taken for loss or damage during your stay.
Health & Safety
- Whilst we endeavour to minimise all risk of accident occurring, it is also up to each individual to take care of their own personal safety.
Other Conditions Include
- No parties, alcohol or drugs on the premises.
- A designated outdoor area is provided for smoking / vaping.
- No pets allowed.
Weather may affect access to Matakana Island – please plan accordingly.
